Lake Erie
The open lake season is winding down and rough conditions are limiting outings. However, anglers heading out of Cattaraugus Creek are still catching decent to good numbers of yellow perch and walleye. Depths of 50-60 feet of water has been productive for both species. The State launch is still open for launching, but the launch docks have been pulled. Anglers fishing from the Dunkirk City Pier are catching a mix of trout, walleye and yellow perch on minnows, spoons and spinners.
