Nice, how much do the charge for parking to go ice fishing there? Or can you park free on the road somewhere?

Ice conditions and general info:

Hi there.  I have only fished Erie thru St. Williams and the outfitter.  A grand total of one time.  But I fish Quinte, Nipissing, and have hit Simcoe and the Grand near Dunnville lots.  Have my own gear, including a Kenai thermal, pop-up, sleds/quad, but my buddies are not into ice fishing.  PM me if anyone wants to split a hut or just meet and show me where to get on the ice, grab minnows (I am assuming that is what folks are using) or walk out together for safety.  And I am old, bald and married, so not looking to make that close of a fishing buddy just to clarify :)

Thanks for the intro.

Hopefully some of our members get back to you. I don't fish the area very often, but I would take you out if I could. Sorry.

Thanks for the pic LEO.  Been wondering if I should bring the ATV Monday.  Nice to see them all over the ice.

We were thinking of walking out from Old Cut Feb 22.  I've been out St. Williams and there are open water safety issues keeping people from getting any deeper than 6ft.  Are there similar issues out of Old Cut with the ice cracks, or can we walk out farther?
