Was out there on the weekend and solid 8 inches of ice. Fishing was good, we landed a limit of perch and 1 nice pike.

Spent time on ice courtesy of Bayside Ice Fishing today.
Fished in about 8 FOW. Saw lots of small perch. Caught a 4 incher.
Huts around us were getting a few perch, and one guy caught a pike (he wouldn't admit the size, LOL).
Bitterly cold (-24 at 7:30), and when the wind picked up an hour later, it was even worse. We packed it at 1:30.

Thank-you for the report. Only small perch. Man I hope the big ones show up this weekend. Do you mean he wouldn't admit size, it was small too I gather. Better than work I guess.
