Looking at Monday's weather forecast on the weather network showing 19K wind from S/W. 
Does that wind translate into a non-fishing day?

Depends on the size of your boat and experience level. But yes that is enough to keep me off. Unless you get there early morning and leave before the midday gusts show up. if you get out., Good Luck and hope the fish are biting
