Flood Message #3 – Flood Warning expanded for Grand River watershed

Despite cooler temperatures, high river flows and ice jams will remain a concern through the weekend. In the northern half of the watershed, thick river ice has broken up and is moving downstream. Trees and other debris are also being carried downstream by fast flowing water, further increasing the potential for ice jams.
