FLOOD RESCUE: One kayaker was pulled by London firefighters from the Thames River near the Oxford Street West bridge Sunday afternoon. The kayaker was said to be wearing a survival suit and was described as "very cold, hypothermic, but will be OK." Another kayaker was also rescued from the swollen river.
